Welcome to 299et. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs the use of all services, gaming activities, and features of the 299et platform ("Platform"). By registering on the Platform or using the services in any way, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

These Terms may change from time to time. If any changes are made, we will post a notice on the Platform and include the updated date. Continuing to use the Platform after changes have been made means you have accepted the updated Terms. If you have any concerns, please contact us at [email protected].

Before using any service, please also read our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, as they form an integral part of these Terms.

To use any service on the 299et platform, users must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years old or above. This platform is operated for users aged 21+ only.
• You must be in a jurisdiction where online gaming activities are legal or not prohibited.
• You may only operate a single account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of account registration.
• Any person on a self-exclusion list may not register or use the services.

If any person creates an account in violation of the above conditions, 299et reserves the right to close that account at any time and, where applicable, forfeit any deposited funds.

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on 299et, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, contact details, and other required information in the designated registration form. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

299et may at any time request government-issued identification, proof of address, or any other relevant documents as part of the identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified time may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

3.3 Account Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the 299et support team immediately.

• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Each account is for personal use only — it may not be used for corporate or business purposes.
• Placing bets on behalf of or as a representative of another person is not permitted.

3.4 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. Before closing the account, please withdraw any available balance through the designated method.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

299et currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). No payment methods other than these four are currently accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 per method
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Standard Withdrawal Time: 10 to 45 minutes

Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed or if there is an active investigation on the account.

4.3 General Deposit Terms

• You may only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are prohibited and, if detected, funds may be forfeited.
• All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

Before requesting a withdrawal, please ensure that the bonus wagering requirements on your account have been met. Requesting a withdrawal while an active bonus is in progress may result in the bonus being cancelled. The method used for withdrawals generally needs to match the method used for deposits.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳22,000 (maximum limit applies)

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example:

• ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = completing ৳50,000 in bets will make winnings from the bonus withdrawable.

The time limit for meeting wagering requirements, contribution rates, and ineligible games are stated in the bonus-specific terms. Contact the support team for any clarification.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

299et is active in preventing bonus abuse and strategic betting. Bonuses may be cancelled and accounts restricted in the following cases:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
• Attempting to artificially complete wagering without meeting the bonus terms
• Placing coordinated bets with related individuals (syndicate betting)

5.4 Other Promotions

From time to time, 299et may offer various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly communicated at the time the offer is published. If there is a conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

299et is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Any kind of fraudulent activity, use of software bots, or automation tools
• Exploiting system or software vulnerabilities
• Secretly placing coordinated bets with other users
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate behaviour
• Presenting yourself as a 299et employee or representative
• Accessing from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy

299et reserves the right to monitor suspicious activities and, where necessary, report them to the relevant authorities.

The 299et VIP Program has three tiers. Regular and eligible players may be automatically promoted to a higher tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%

VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. 299et reserves the right to change or cancel VIP status for any reason. Cashback is generally credited at a set time each week and may carry its own wagering requirements.

All content on the 299et platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases, and other materials — is owned by 299et and protected by applicable law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence for personal use only.

• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content from the platform without prior written permission is prohibited.
• The intellectual property of game software is retained by the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.).
• The 299et brand name and logo are trademark protected.

How your personal data is collected, stored, and used is described in detail in our separate Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

299et uses SSL encryption technology to keep your transactions and personal information secure. We do not sell your personal information to any third party without your consent. However, information may be shared where required by law, for fraud prevention, or for security purposes.

• You may set deposit limits at any time.

• While self-exclusion is active, 299et will no longer send bonus offers.

11.1 Service Interruption

Services may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance activities, or other reasons. 299et will not be held liable for any loss resulting from such disruptions.

11.2 Maximum Liability

Under no circumstances will 299et's total liability exceed the amount deposited in your account during the affected period. 299et is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity.

11.3 Third-Party Content

299et uses software from various third-party game providers. 299et is not directly liable for any technical errors in this software, but will make every reasonable effort to resolve them.

12.1 Right to Amend Terms

299et reserves the right to amend, change, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given on the platform.

12.2 Dispute Resolution
